Soul Composition Theory
The soul being a group of sparks of spirit, explains why humans are so self-contradictory. You can think of the soul as like a country, composed of people. If a country is full of cruel people, they will attack each other. And that's why a person can harm himself on purpose, because one part of his soul is attacking another part of his soul. On the other hand just like a country, if a country is full of respectful or truely-caring people, they will always do their best to look after each other, and the country acts as one. The same way with a soul of innocent people. An innocent person won't be self-contradictory (at least on purpose), and attack themself... The place this metaphor of a country and a soul breaks down, is where it comes to the ability to think or act. If the entire soul doesn't contribute to generating the energy for a thought, the thought cannot be completed. This means that cruel people will interfere with their own thinking, and so never be able to understand certain kinds of ideas! They can never form a complete thought that understands the 3D morality map, for example. When they hide the truth from themselves, this is far more effective than a country hiding the truth from itself. A soul could have a different number of sparks of spirits. And so there can be bigger and smaller souls. I don't know if you'd call it a "Soul" if it's just so few sparks of spirit as an insect or a plant has... but it still has spirit. I think the fact that the soul is composed of multiple sparks of spirit, helps to create energy, and increase the "richness" of that soul. No soul can have spirit of a different class of morality. You can't have a "freeist spark of spirit", and a "cruel spark of spirit" in the same soul. If a person's behaviour seems to be having true-care and sadism, that just means that each spark of spirit in the soul has both those aspects, NOT that there are "angel sparks" and "Cruel sparks" in the same soul. So, every soul is a group of sparks of spirit. This theory explains many strange behaviours of humanity. Like pedantic annoying people who like fucking cool rock bands with people who aren't pedantic. Let's say a cruel person has the "desire to be good at math", but it's cruel desire so it wants to spoil other desires, like the "desire to rock out". But he also has the desire to "listen to sonic youth" (a cool rock band), but it's also a cruel desire. Now, being pedantic and annoying doesn't help enjoying cool musics. So it wouldn't make sense for someone who had the desire to enjoy "Sonic Youth"'s music to be pedantic. But that person also has the cruel desire within him to be good at math, and enjoying "Sonic Youth" doesn't help being good at math. So that cruel desire doesn't mind being pedantic and annoying, even if it interferes with other desires of himself, such as the desire to enjoy "Sonic Youth". In the same way, the "cruel desire" to enjoy Sonic Youth, doesn't care about being good at math, so it could ruin that desire too! So by having a cruel person, with a "cruel desire to be good at math", and a "cruel desire to enjoy sonic youth", he could end up being pedantic, annoying, but liking Sonic Youth still, AND suck at math. As you can see, this theory explains humanity's stupid behaviour very well. |
