Respectful one
Respectful ones have self-interest, natural-respect, and no true-care.
Just because they lack true-care, does not make them not innocent. Just like any being, if their natural-respect + true-care is equal to or greater than their self-interest, then they are innocent.
Natural-respect is a lot like true-care manytimes anyhow. When life gives a "respectful one" two choices. "help someone and be helped yourself, or harm someone and be helped yourself"... they will always take the above choice, because they don't like harming innocent others.
So anytime life gives them this "fork in the road", they act as if they had true-care. And the only times they don't act like they have true-care are times when they can't hurt anyone anyhow, so they are just fine.
Being a "respectful one" is a lovely and perfect and great way of being. Anyone who says "you have to have true-care otherwise you are a bad person"... is an idiot.
I believe that "respectful one" is the destination of most people on Earth, once their souls are cleansed and transformed. The self-interested and cruel people will become "respectful ones".
They won't become freeists, they won't be "the highest kind of being", but they'll be innocent and that's all that matters.
