Cold and Cruel
Cold and Cruel beings have self-interest, sadism, and coldness. This is much like the "cruel" being, except in addition to it's sadism, it doesn't like doing things that help others for coldness's sake.
These guys are more likely to be "doomed", than their "cruel" brothers, because they don't want to undo the damage they do. Without undoing the damage they do, they have no way to get into paradise.
